Meet our skilled and friendly staff. Collectively, the staff of Dental Arts of Colchester beleives we are here to make life easier for one another. We adhere to this philosophy and encourage you to let us know how we can make your dental experience comfortable.

	Dr. Jamie Roach-Decker Dr. Roach has been in the dental field for almost 20 years. She graduated in 1987 from Indiana University and attended a graduate residency program at Danbury Hospital/Southbury Training School. She also has a degree in physical therapy and provides TMJ (temporomandibular joint disorder) treatment. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association, and the New London County Dental Association. She has previously owned a practice in Norwich, CT and is thrilled to now be practicing in her hometown of Colchester, where she is the proud mother of three boys.
	Nancy Cordova-Martinez Nancy has lived in East Hartford with her husband and son for the past 13 years. She is originally from New Haven and attended classes at SCSU for liberal arts. She has over 11 years experience working in the dental field as a Dental Assistant and Administrative Assistant.
	Rose Nass Rose has been a dental assistant for 6 years, graduating from Team Works in Salem, CT. She's lived in East Haddam with her husband and two grown children for about 20 years. She loves work and enjoys people.
	Cindy Roberts Cindy has been a hygienist for 14 years, 10 of which she has practiced with Dr. Roach-Decker. She graduated from Tunxis Community College and shares a love of people and a commitment to providing excellent dental care in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
